Because our rings are made in limited quantities especially for you and often customized for you, we do accept replacements but for sizing issues or change of products only, once an order has been confirmed.

Is incorrect and does not match your confirmed order
We will provide a resolution through exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.
Reporting an Issue
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographs of the product highlighting the issue.
Our quality team will carefully assess the case, and once approved, we will arrange the appropriate resolution.

Exchange or store credit will only be processed once the original product is returned in its unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
